We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases unless there has been an error (for example, you did not receive delivery of the item you purchased) or the product has been damaged in shipping.

Shipping Damage

If your item was damaged during shipping, please notify us at counciloakfarm@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item and the accompanying shipping box. We will replace your product free of charge or issue a refund. It may take several days before a refund is posted to your account.

Lost Packages

Once shipped, if your package has not been delivered after ten business days and has not been marked as delivered by USPS tracking, please notify us. We will file a lost package claim with USPS and replace the lost items free of charge once the claim is accepted.

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your package is delivered to the correct address via USPS tracking, Council Oak Farm LLC will not be responsible for replacing stolen or otherwise missing packages.
