Council Oak Farm Story
Council Oak Farm is a small olive oil producer situated east of Paso Robles, California, an area well known for its high-quality olive groves and vineyards.
The farm embraces 40 acres of beautiful sunny rolling hills dotted with oak trees, the most prominent of which, standing on the highest hill, we call Council Oak.
In 2005, our family planted varietals of Lucca, Picholine and Mission, adding Pendolino and Frantoio in 2009.
Local milling is performed immediately after harvest to guarantee the best quality.
The taste of our oil is unlike any you have encountered before. Our family has produced artisanal olive oil for almost two decades. Enjoy the delicious fruit of our labor with your family.
